You can return most items for a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date. Return or refund requests initiated after the 30 day period will not be accepted or processed under any circumstances.  

Return shipping costs do apply, and the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.  Our return shipping costs are as follows: 

For items up to $75, $10 will be deducted from the refund, and all items or orders over $75 will have $20 deducted for return shipping.  

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Earrings

• Clearance items (Black Friday Sales)

• Gift cards

• Items you have already assembled

• Items marked 'final sale'

• Items marked 'sample sale'

However, if your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, exceptions apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution. Please contact support@elysiahome.com with images of the damage and your order number.

You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
