Return Policy

We want you to love everything we have to offer, but we know that, sometimes, things happen! If your Elysia Home order is damaged, broken, or not the right fit, please see our return guidelines below:

You can return most items for a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date. Return or refund requests initiated after the 30 day period will not be accepted or processed under any circumstances.  

Return shipping costs do apply, and the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.  Our return shipping costs are as follows: 

For items up to $75, $10 will be deducted from the refund, and all items or orders over $75 will have $20 deducted for return shipping.  

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Earrings

  • Clearance items (Black Friday Sales, Red Lined Items, Etc)

  • Gift cards

  • Items you have already assembled

  • Items marked 'final sale'

  • Items marked 'sample sale'

However, if your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, exceptions apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution. Please follow the below instructions to request a return or contact with images of the damage and your order number.

The original payment method will be refunded, unless you choose to receive store credit for your return. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Submit a return request:

Follow this link or click "Request A Return" under Customer Care at the bottom of our website.

  1. Log in to your account:

    1. In the Email field, enter the email address associated with your order or Elysia Home account, and then click Continue.

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from Elysia Home and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
