Q: Where are you based?

A: Calling the greater St. Louis area home, Elysia Home is proudly based in the heart of the Midwest! 

 

Q: Where are your products produced? 

A: At Elysia Home, we search near and far to bring you the perfect finishing touches and statement making pieces. Our products are produced globally, from small makers right here in the US and abroad to trusted international partners.

 

Q: How often do you restock?

A: Some products get so much love - they are here in a moment, and gone in a flash! We are constantly working hard to restock on the product you love. Please join our waitlist here or navigate to a product and click Join The Waitlist for the desired item to be one of the first notified when it is back in stock.

 

Q: What carriers do you use?

A: All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on how quick the delivery's chosen at checkout and the weight of the parcel.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, Elysia Home ships exclusively within the United States. That means, unfortunately, no international shipping (for now).

 

Q: Can I create an account?

A: Of course! Come join the Elyisa Home community. Simply navigate to the account icon on the top right of our website and follow all of the instructions to gain full access to create wishlists, see your order history, and sign up to receive exclusive Elysia Home promos, a first-look at upcoming launches, inspiration for days, and all of the vibes. ✨

 

Q: Can gift cards cover taxes and shipping?


A: Yes! If your total order at checkout - including shipping, taxes, and fees - is under the gift card's amount limit, then your gift card can absolutely cover all of the cost. 

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Elysia Home accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay! 

 

Q: What is AfterPay? 

A: AfterPay is another way you can pay for your favorite Elysia Home products! When you're ready to check out, choose AfterPay as your payment method. Then you'll be prompted to create an account and complete your purchase. AfterPay works by paying in four interest-free installments that are due every 2 weeks after your initial purchase. There are never any additional fees when you pay on time.

 

Q: Where is my order? 

A: Once an order is placed, please allow one to four business days for the order to be packaged and shipped from our warehouse. Once it's shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow at least 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check on the status of the shipment with an approximate date of when your package will be delivered.

 

Q: I placed an order, but changed my mind, can I cancel it?

A: If you reach out to support@elysiahome.com, we will make every effort to pause the shipment of your order, but sometimes we're just too quick! In that event, if you order is not a final sale item, we will accept your return per our Return Policy page.

 

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

A: Elysia Home is happy to offer full refunds and exchanges on unused and unworn products (final sale items exempt). Please visit our Returns Policy page for more information and full instructions on how to return your items.

 

Q: I received my order, but it wasn't what I expected, can I return it?

A: Elysia Home works diligently to provide the most accurate descriptions, measurements, and representations of our products as we can, but we know that sometimes this happens! Please check out our Return Policy page for full details and complete instructions on how to return your items.

 

Q: I received my package, but my pieces or box were damaged, what should I do?

A: We are so sorry about that! Please see our Return Policy for more information and/or email support@elysiahome.com for any further concerns.

 

Q: I forgot to add my discount code at checkout, can you add it to my order?

A: Unfortunately, we do not apply discounts after the order has been placed. But we always want you to save on those statement-making pieces, so please hang on to it for the next time we see you and make sure to add it before checking out.
